About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging After School Instructors to lead our Magic & Little Detectives programs for students in grades K-5. This role involves teaching a one-hour class on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at our Oakland Township, MI location. Instructors will be responsible for delivering fun and educational content, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring a positive learning experience for all students. Compensation is $55 per hour of class.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a K-5 grade level.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and engaging young learners.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be available to teach on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Background check required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in teaching magic or STEM-related subjects.
- Knowledge of child development.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
