About The Position

They are seeking energetic and caring individuals to join their Holualua ‘ohana at Holualoa Elementary. This role focuses on inspiring elementary-aged keiki (children) and ensuring they have positive and enriching afternoons. Requirements
- Genuine enjoyment of being around children and helping them succeed.
- Ability to show up on time and bring a positive attitude.
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED (select student aide roles available for those under 18).
- Reliable commute to the site in Waimea (Waimea Elementary School).
Responsibilities
- Lead groups of keiki (ages 5–10) through games, arts & crafts, and outdoor play.
- Help with homework and encourage positive behavior.
- Ensure a secure and organized environment using 'Active Supervision'.
- Collaborate with a team of leaders to run a smooth program.
