Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Hospice experience and/or demonstrated commitment to hospice philosophy of care, preferred.
• Excellent customer service/verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to the AccentCare Hospice philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions for hospice patients during after-hours shifts.
• Ensure adherence to the AccentCare Hospice philosophy of care, values, mission statement, and organizational culture.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage organizational tasks and utilize computer systems effectively.
• Collaborate with various individuals and apply problem-solving skills.
