About The Position

The After Care Aide supports the daily operation of the aftercare program by providing supervision and assistance to students in a safe, positive, and structured environment. This role helps keep students on task, encourages appropriate behavior, and assists with activities while ensuring the well-being and safety of all participants. The After Care Aide works closely with school administration to communicate any concerns and contributes to an environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and student success after the school day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to supervise and engage children in activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with school administration.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an aftercare or childcare setting.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
