Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist
About The Position
Red Oak Management Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to join their team in Cedar Springs, MI. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of LIHTC compliance across 70+ Michigan properties. The specialist will review move-ins, recertifications, and income changes, support a centralized compliance leader, and act as a guide for onsite teams. Requirements
- LIHTC housing compliance experience (other compliance experience considered)
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass a background check

- Coaching or mentoring experience
- EIV certification
- Strong reasoning abilities
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of LIHTC compliance across 70+ Michigan properties.
