The Managed Account Consultant supports the growth and scalability of the advisory business by enabling Financial Advisors to evolve their practices toward planning‑led, fee‑based relationships. Serving as an internal consultant and change agent, this role partners closely with advisors to drive adoption of managed account and advisory solutions through consultative guidance, education, and hands‑on execution support. This position focuses on advisor enablement, behavioral change, and operational execution rather than traditional product sales. By reinforcing repeatable, client‑centric engagement models and efficient practice management workflows, the Managed Account Consultant helps reduce friction, improve consistency, and support long‑term advisor productivity and client success. The role works collaboratively across teams to ensure advisory solutions are implemented in a compliant, scalable, and sustainable manner.
