Affiliate & Partnerships Manager (Remote, USA). eCommerce | Direct Response | Performance Marketing. Let’s be blunt. Most affiliate roles are glorified account management. This isn’t one of them. This is for someone who knows how to drive revenue through partnerships - not just “manage relationships.” You’ll own and scale a high-performing affiliate and partnerships channel inside a fast-growing, digital-first business. You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, recruit, activate, and grow partners who can actually move the needle — creators, publishers, influencers, media buyers, and brands with aligned audiences. If you’ve done this properly before, you’ll know: It’s not about volume. It’s about quality partners that convert It’s not about clicks.
