About The Position

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital & AI Enablement, to provide hands-on execution support for affiliate marketing needs with a primary focus on social media management, paid social campaign support, and rapid content creation. This role turns approved messaging into platform-ready posts, short-form video, and photography assets while ensuring brand consistency, responsiveness, and basic performance reporting. This role also builds and maintains reusable templates and toolkits that help local teams move quickly while staying aligned to Everent Health governance and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting marketing, social media, or digital content execution.
• Experience with social publishing tools and major social platforms.
• Working knowledge of common design/video editing tools.
• Ability to produce platform-ready assets.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to follow governance, brand, and compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with paid social tools is strongly preferred.
