Affiliate Marketing Specialist
About The Position
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is the live conversion layer in Goettl's sales operation. You'll monitor affiliate lead channels in real time — Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Modernize, and others — picking up warm leads handed off from automated AI channels and converting them into booked service appointments. Unlike cold outreach, this role works primarily with contacts that have already been engaged. You pick up where the automation leaves off and get the job booked. This position is based in our Shared Services office in SW Las Vegas and supports markets across AZ, NV, and TX.
Requirements
- 1+ year in lead intake, inside sales, or customer service
- Strong phone presence and written communication across phone, email, and SMS
- Comfort working within AI-assisted workflows — able to recognize handoff signals and take over seamlessly
- CRM proficiency and attention to detail in data entry and lead tracking
- Ability to manage multiple active conversations and channels at once
- High school diploma or equivalent; committed and progressive work history
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
- Experience with affiliate marketing or warm lead conversion
- Familiarity with Avoca, Chiirp, Podium, or similar AI messaging platforms
- Experience with Five9 or VCC contact center platforms
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to affiliate form fills, inbound calls, emails, and chats in real time
- Receive and act on warm leads handed off from Avoca AI and Chiirp automated channels
- Qualify leads by job type, location, and scope — then guide them to a booked appointment
- Follow up on unbooked leads promptly to recover missed opportunities
- Contact customers via phone, email, and SMS for lead nurturing and appointment confirmation
- Log and update all interactions in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceTitan) with complete accuracy
- Track your own conversion metrics weekly and flag lead quality issues to the team
- Coordinate warm hand-offs to Sales and Customer Experience teams as needed
- Maintain a target booking conversion rate of 30%+ from AI-qualified leads
