About The Position

Ashley Digital is the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, a leading name in home furnishings. We are a fast-moving, collaborative team focused on digital innovation and shaping the online customer experience for home furnishings. This role is a remote opportunity for someone authorized to work in the United States. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the affiliate program by recruiting and nurturing partners, driving revenue through performance-based partnerships, and using data analytics to improve program outcomes. Collaboration with content, product, and sales teams is key to aligning affiliate initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results.
Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten).
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing relationships with high-quality affiliate partners.
Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program.
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics.
Use data insights to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue.
Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks.
Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines.
Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their performance.
