About The Position

Tombras is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to support affiliate strategy execution, including partner recruitment, campaign planning, and budget pacing. The role involves identifying and building relationships with diverse partners such as editorial publishers, creators, and performance media networks. The manager will handle day-to-day partner communication, technical troubleshooting, and campaign coordination. Responsibilities also include presenting performance updates and optimization recommendations during client status calls, overseeing campaign implementation (offer setup, tracking, creative trafficking, and QA), and analyzing data to improve affiliate KPIs, customer quality, and marketing spend efficiency. This position is based in Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of success in performance-based affiliate marketing, agency experience preferred.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
  • Confident communicator capable of managing relationships with clients and external partners.
  • Proficiency with platforms like Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, or Partnerize.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
