About The Position

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. Reporting to Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’re going to be a part of a team that drives growth across KOHOs affiliate channel spanning financial platforms, content publishers, and performance-based partners. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing.
  • A strong understanding of affiliate tracking and campaign setup.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, and MMPs such as Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Detail-oriented, comfortable working with performance data and marketing metrics, and able to manage multiple campaigns with strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with influencer or ambassador programs and in-person activations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution and operations of KOHO’s affiliate and partnerships channel, helping launch campaigns across email, content placements, landing pages, and programmatic partners.
  • Building and managing tracking links, UTMs, and referral codes, while ensuring campaigns are live, accurate, and properly tracked.
  • Supporting onboarding and setup of new partners across networks and direct integrations, maintaining partner documentation, offers, and placements, and acting as a point of contact for partner coordination and day-to-day requests.
  • Monitoring performance across conversions, CAC, LTV, and partner-level metrics, supporting reporting and troubleshooting, and contributing to testing and optimization to improve overall channel efficiency.
