Affiliate Manager
About The Position
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is hiring an Affiliate Manager for a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential. The role is onsite in San Francisco, California, and supports a leading retail industry client. The Affiliate Manager will drive creator affiliate growth and affiliate-attributed revenue across multiple brands, managing creator activity on ShopMy and LTK. The position also involves recruiting, onboarding, activating, and reactivating creators; maintaining creator relationships; evaluating affiliate performance; and partnering with agencies to support execution and accountability. The role offers $45 per hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave, depending on work location.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of influencer or creator marketing experience, including affiliate marketing exposure.
- Experience managing revenue-producing creator or affiliate programs, rather than solely brand-awareness influencer campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK platforms.
- Experience recruiting, activating, and managing creator and influencer relationships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator commerce ecosystems.
- Experience analyzing affiliate performance and making strategic recommendations to improve results.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing affiliate budgets.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate.
- Existing creator or influencer relationships within the affiliate space.
- Experience within fashion retail, apparel, or beauty industries.
Responsibilities
