We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and scale our affiliate marketing program. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, publishers, and strategic partners while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term success of the affiliate program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, digital marketing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and performance marketing.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing attribution, and tracking tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and marketing partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign metrics, conversion rates, traffic quality, and revenue performance.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date promotional materials, creatives, and campaign assets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic or non-compliant affiliate activities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
