We're looking for a Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager to build relationships, grow revenue, and create meaningful partnerships that connect more people with the life-changing benefits of KURU footwear. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or related growth marketing roles.
  • Built programs that generated measurable business results-not just likes and impressions.
  • Understand how to evaluate performance using data and analytics.
  • Can negotiate agreements and build lasting business relationships.
  • Know your way around affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, ShareASale, or similar tools.
  • Worked with influencer platforms like Grin, Aspire, Creator.co, or comparable solutions.
  • Equally comfortable discussing creative strategy and conversion metrics.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where ideas become action quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in DTC e-commerce.
  • Experience in footwear, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience managing ambassador programs.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and performance marketing.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals, clinicians, trainers, or other credentialed audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own KURU's partnership ecosystem-from affiliate publishers and influencers to ambassadors and strategic brand relationships.
  • Grow programs that generate awareness, credibility, traffic, and revenue.
  • Lead the relationship with KURU's affiliate agency and publisher network.
  • Recruit, develop, and support new affiliate partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize program performance.
  • Collaborate with partners on promotions, content, and campaign strategy.
  • Monitor results and continuously improve performance.
  • Manage commission structures and incentive programs.
  • Build and scale influencer programs across lifestyle, wellness, healthcare, travel, running, walking, and fashion categories.
  • Manage KURU's ambassador initiatives, including our medical and professional ambassador communities.
  • Develop creative briefs that help creators tell authentic stories about KURU's benefits.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators who genuinely align with our mission.
  • Negotiate partnerships, contracts, usage rights, and performance incentives.
  • Help shape and refine user-generated content that feels authentic and on-brand.
  • Own partnership reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Measure what matters: revenue, traffic, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Manage partnership budgets and recommend investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, email, creative, and leadership teams.
  • Help define the future direction of KURU's partnership channels as the company continues to grow.
