About The Position

Influencer and partnerships is one of the most powerful channels for Huel in the US, used to reach new audiences, build brand culture, and convert new customers. As the US Influencer & Partnerships Manager, you will own and run this channel, encompassing influencers, creators, podcasters, affiliates, and TikTok Shop. Your role will involve building the program, securing the right talent, and ensuring it delivers significant revenue and reach at scale.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in influencer and partnerships marketing in the US market, with a track record of building high-performing programs.
  • Good understanding of performance-based models including commission, revenue share, and brand buys, and how to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Real TikTok Shop experience, including knowledge of how to drive GMV through creators.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an existing network of US creator contacts across mid-tier and top-tier talent.
  • Analytical and numerate skills to track key metrics, identify successful strategies, and discontinue underperforming ones.
  • Ability to execute as well as strategize; comfortable setting direction and then performing the necessary work.
  • Clear communication skills to manage upwards, across teams, and externally without losing momentum.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire to think differently and push boundaries.
  • Ability to set big goals and achieve them through creativity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Define and run the US partnerships strategy across influencer, podcast, creator program, TikTok Shop and Awin.
  • Set and manage budgets and targets, owning the commercial performance of all managed activities.
  • Align partnerships activity with Huel’s US growth goals.
  • Find, sign, and negotiate directly with talent, agencies, and platforms (mid-tier to top-tier) that align with the Huel brand and audience.
  • Manage and grow the influencer and creator roster, covering onboarding, content delivery, and performance review.
  • Run TikTok Shop from the ground up, including creator recruitment, GMV tracking, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own affiliate and Awin performance, managing commission and revenue share structures.
  • Work within a small US team, maintain a high bar for output, and develop team members.
  • Build clear reporting across all channels for leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency through tooling, automation, and process refinement.
  • Partner with Brand, Paid Media, CRM, and the UK partnerships team to ensure proper activation of partnerships content across all channels, sharing insights and aligning on global creator strategy.
