About The Position

The Chicago School is seeking an Affiliate Faculty member to join its College of Undergraduate Studies. This position is available for one year with a possibility of renewal. The Chicago School educates students in innovative theory and culturally competent practice to strengthen the integrated health of individuals, organizations, and communities. Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in area of expertise or closely related field from a regionally-accredited institution
• Prior undergraduate teaching experience
• Experience teaching in online/ asynchronous environment
• Experience with program learning outcome assessment
• Ability to refresh course materials to keep them current and relevant

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate faculty mentoring experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of six credit hours of instruction, or equivalent in academic assignments.
• Perform additional academic-related assignments equivalent to the amount of work required for additional hours of instruction such as committee work and activities related to program learning outcome (PLO) assessment, course lead responsibilities, and student mentoring.
• Perform additional duties as determined by the Department Chair.
