About The Position

Bitcoin.com is seeking a driven and results-oriented Affiliate and Partnership Acquisition Manager to build and scale a performance-based partner acquisition channel across our product ecosystem. With over 80 million wallets created and a global audience, Bitcoin.com is one of the world's leading crypto content and onboarding platforms. As Affiliate and Partnership Acquisition Manager, you'll own the end-to-end affiliate and partnership programme — from partner sourcing and onboarding to performance tracking and optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and data-driven growth, helping the company acquire high-LTV users through strategic performance partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance-based user acquisition.
  • Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms or similar systems, ideally with exposure to crypto-native tooling or performance tracking in web3 environments.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid commercial models.
  • Ability to vet partners for quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance against LTV or ROI metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Background in crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries.
  • Experience with fraud detection and traffic quality analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven outreach tools for partner discovery and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, domain authority, and backlink quality assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Source, vet, and onboard affiliate and performance partners aligned with Bitcoin.com's brand and compliance standards.
  • Build and manage the affiliate programme across key products including Bitcoin.com Wallet App, Web Wallet, and OrangeRock.
  • Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid deal structures with partners tied to LTV-anchored conversion events.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns through a crypto-native affiliate tracking platform, including evaluation and selection of the appropriate solution.
  • Monitor partner performance against qualifying events — ensuring payouts are tied to meaningful user engagement, not just installs or sign-ups.
  • Identify and flag fraud, bot traffic, or non-compliant referrals; enforce programme standards including geo-compliance and traffic source disclosure.
  • Work closely with Sales & BD, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to align the acquisition programme with broader company objectives.
  • Coordinate with Product teams to define and refine qualifying events per product.
  • Support the development of partner-facing assets, landing pages, and programme documentation.
  • Help shape and execute performance campaigns tied to internal initiatives (e.g., 0% fee swaps, rewards campaigns, and other product-led growth efforts).
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track partner performance, campaign ROI, and LTV return against acquisition spend.
  • Conduct quarterly partner audits covering domain quality, regulatory standing, and brand alignment.
  • Contribute to scaling the programme from pilot stage into a fully operational acquisition channel with a long-term team structure.
