Requirements

Valid aesthetician or cosmetology license in the state of Colorado.
Colorado Chemical Peel and Advanced Exfoliation Certifications required.
Loves to work with people in an open, collaborative environment.
Passionate about continued education and learning new techniques.
Maintain a professional look and demeanor while working.
Attendance, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Responsibilities

Perform all services provided at Alchemy Face Bar (excluding injection therapy).
Commit to safety and sanitation practices.
Attend continuing education classes.
Handle opening and/or closing of the spa, stocking stations, and spa maintenance.
Maintain courteous and professional correspondence with clients, guiding them towards their skincare goals.
Record detailed guest notes including allergies, medications, and preferences.
Participate in Alchemy Face Bar events and pop-ups.
Greet everyone entering the store.
Check clients in and out using the company booking system.
Answer the phone and book new appointments.
Respond to client emails.
Sell products.
Multi-task and maintain organization.
Support aestheticians when needed.
Help keep stores clean, shelves stocked, manage laundry, and inventory.
Attend continuing education classes for spa products.
Handle opening and closing of the spa.
