About The Position

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a modern facial bar delivering efficient, effective, and accessible skincare in an inclusive environment. With 70+ locations nationwide and features in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Marie Claire, we’re redefining the skincare industry. We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and service-driven individual to support Front Bar operations and executive leadership across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys operations, team development, and client experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of leadership and/or marketing experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for skincare and client experience
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends for events as needed
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Front Bar operations and provide shift coverage for call-outs
  • Manage same-day schedule changes, service adjustments, and client rescheduling
  • Support team scheduling, breaks, and workflow across locations
  • Drive sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and organization
  • Travel between locations for operational support, deliveries, and coverage
  • Train and onboard Front Bar staff on service, sales, and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and opening/closing standards
  • Support team accountability and performance goals
  • Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with leadership (including Hayley) on team communication and scheduling
  • Help maintain organization and operational consistency across locations
  • Serve as a key holder for all locations
  • Support Hayley in identifying marketing strategies and opportunities
  • Share client insights and store feedback to inform decisions
  • Assist with executing campaigns as directed
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events for both team initiatives and client engagement
  • Support influencer communication and coordination for marketing efforts
