Maintenance Technician/Resort Attendant (dual role)
About The Position
This dual-role position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades, and service items. Additionally, the role includes light grounds work such as trash disposal and curb sweeping. The position requires the ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally and 50 pounds frequently. A full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers, and legs is necessary for tasks like stooping, crawling, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting. The role also involves ensuring safety compliance and maintaining a courteous demeanor during all guest interactions. Reading, writing, and speaking English are required. Prior general experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting is necessary. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, is also a requirement.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently.
- Full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties.
- Must read, write and speak English.
- Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed is required.
