Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN (Buffalo & Rochester)
About The Position
Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic care across its Orchard Park, Tonawanda, and Pittsford studios in upstate New York. This multi-site role offers variety across studio teams and guests, with opportunities to develop aesthetic skills and contribute to a consistent guest experience. The nurse will deliver aesthetic treatments, support consultations and guest education, maintain clinical documentation and treatment environments, and collaborate with studio teams to improve performance. The position is full-time and offers a base salary of $70K or more plus monthly incentive pay.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York.
- One to three years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel between studios in the assigned area.
- Personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-state nursing licensure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, and laser resurfacing.
- Provide a consistent Chapter guest experience across assigned studios.
- Support sales consultations and educate guests about memberships and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
- Uphold cleanliness and compliance across treatment environments.
- Partner with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.
