About the Role: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in delivering non-surgical aesthetic treatments while ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and outstanding care. In addition to performing advanced treatments, you’ll conduct consultations, educate patients on their options and aftercare, and collaborate with the clinic team to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations).
• This position is not open to new graduates; applicants must have post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a collaborative and patient-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and alignment with LaserAway’s brand values.
• Availability for evenings and weekends to accommodate clinic schedules.

Nice To Haves

• Ideal candidates have experience in acute care, med-surg, ICU, ER, or a related hospital setting.
• Home health, skilled nursing, and rehab facility experience may be considered if it includes substantial hands-on patient care in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation, ensuring a high standard of safety and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct Comprehensive Consultations: Assess patient needs, offer personalized treatment recommendations, and educate patients on procedures and aftercare to support informed decisions.
• Deliver treatments with precision, adhering strictly to LaserAway’s clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Partner with the Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to align on clinic goals, optimize patient schedules, and support operational success.
• Ensure patient comfort during and after treatments, providing follow-up care and addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Safely operate aesthetic devices and assist with inventory management to ensure the clinic is prepared to deliver seamless patient experiences.
• Manage entries in the Patient Concern Queue by responding promptly and thoroughly to maintain trust and loyalty.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes both patient care and staff morale.
