Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in the Maryland/DMV Area for a 1099 contractor role. This position offers the opportunity to grow in the aesthetics field by delivering treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Pinch, a highly-rated Med Spa founded in Chicago, is expanding nationally and looking for Founding Providers to represent the brand locally. This role provides the freedom to set your own schedule, choose clients, and grow your practice with the support of a recognized brand. Pinch covers malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and offers ongoing support, allowing providers to focus on client care. The company offers top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs.
Requirements
- Active APRN license
- Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
- Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility
Nice To Haves
- Prior aesthetics experience
- Existing patient network
- Interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
- Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
- Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
- Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
- Manage products and supplies responsibly
- Keep accurate and timely client records
- Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
- Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
