About The Position
Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Virginia for a 1099 contractor role. This position offers the opportunity to grow in the field of aesthetics by delivering treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Pinch, a well-regarded Med Spa founded in Chicago, is expanding nationally and is looking for Founding Providers to represent the brand in their local communities. The role provides the freedom to set one's own schedule, select clients, and build a practice with the support of a recognized brand. Pinch handles malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support, allowing providers to focus on client care. The company offers top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs.
Requirements
- Active APRN license
- Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
- Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility
Nice To Haves
- Prior aesthetics experience
- Existing patient network
- Interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
- Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
- Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
- Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
- Manage products and supplies responsibly
- Keep accurate and timely client records
- Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
- Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
