About The Position

The Aesthetic Coordinator is the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing the back-end operations. This role is foundational to the success of the providers and the overall flow of the studio. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability. This is a full-time position for individuals looking to build a career in the aesthetics industry, emphasizing integrity, patient well-being, and exceptional service.

Requirements

Precision in tasks such as inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
Ability to anticipate needs and be steps ahead of the schedule.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability for the state of the studio.
Reliability, as providers and patients depend on readiness.
Mandatory availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license.

Responsibilities

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable standard.
Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to ensure the schedule never stalls.
Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, including checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and assisting the team wherever necessary.
Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
