About The Position
The Aesthetic Coordinator is the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing the back-end operations. This role is foundational to the success of the providers and the overall flow of the studio. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability. This is a full-time position with a mandatory requirement for Friday and Saturday availability. The annual base salary range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000, and it is an hourly position.
Requirements
- Precision in tasks such as inventory counts, tray preparation, and restocking.
- Ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of the schedule.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for the state of the studio.
- Reliability, as providers and patients depend on your readiness.
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is mandatory.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
- MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license.
Responsibilities
- Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency, ensuring they are always ready before they are needed.
- Open and close the studio according to standard procedures for every shift, including conducting full inventory counts.
- Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable standard, ensuring consistency from room to room and shift to shift.
- Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
- Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to ensure the schedule never stalls.
- Monitor and restock supplies proactively, anticipating needs before items run out.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
- Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
- Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, which may include checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and assisting the team wherever necessary.
- Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
