This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma (DEC, AEC, or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering Technology, Aircraft Maintenance, Technical Publications, or a related technical field; or Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and publish accurate and comprehensive Service Bulletins in accordance with company standards and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical illustrations and visual content that effectively support documentation and improve user understanding.
  • Manage your workload independently, ensuring priorities are balanced and all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and quality deliverables.
  • Consistently apply and adhere to corporate standards, documentation guidelines, and established procedures.
  • Prioritize incoming customer requests, manage expectations, and communicate timelines effectively.
  • Lead and participate in meetings focused on the continuous improvement of Standard Work, documentation processes, and operating procedures.
  • Participate in escaped issue analysis (Escaped Defect Analysis) to identify root causes and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, product support, and other stakeholders, to ensure technical accuracy and alignment.
  • Create, maintain, and update the Integrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to ensure product information remains accurate, complete, and compliant with company requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
