Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of the Quality Transformation & Excellence initiative within the aerospace environment.
  • Contribute to quality transformation and excellence initiatives across FAL and pre‑FAL scopes
  • Ensure solutions are pragmatic, fast to deploy, and sustainable over time
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of governance structures and routines
  • Build, maintain, or contribute to KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Support monitoring of quality performance and non‑quality reduction
  • Provide structured input to management decision‑making
  • Support analysis and improvement of quality processes
  • Contribute to Non‑Conformity (NC) analysis, root-cause identification, and improvement actions
  • Work closely with Quality and operational teams to reduce recurring issues
  • Support change management and people adoption of new ways of working
  • Work close to operations to ensure routines, tools, and governance are effectively embedded
  • Act as a bridge between quality strategy and operational execution
  • Support or leverage data collection, consolidation, and analysis
  • Work with off‑shore / Europe resources for data preparation and reporting
  • Translate data into actionable insights for Quality and Management teams
  • Work closely with Quality leadership and teams
  • Align with Quality teams in Europe to reuse and replicate proven governance, routines, tools, and ways of working
  • Support knowledge transfer and long‑term autonomy of our partner’s teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French
