About The Position

Conduent Learning Services, Inc. is seeking an E-test Monitor to work as part of the Instructor Resource Management team and facilitate electronic testing sessions at client sites. The position serves as the first point of contact for students during testing sessions and supports a professional, business-casual client environment. The role may also include assisting instructors during classes, such as handing out papers, helping students use computers, and supporting lab safety. Candidates who excel may be considered for an instructor role when hired directly, depending on business needs.

The position requires a flexible schedule to support clients 24/7 and the ability to work at Puget Sound locations in Everett, Seattle, and Renton. Candidates must hold U.S. persons status under Boeing policy. No aerospace experience is required. The position requires at least one year of customer-service experience and basic computer skills. An interview is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer-service experience.
• Technical aptitude with PCs and ability to help users log in and navigate a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Openness to a flexible schedule supporting clients 24/7.
• Ability to support locations in Everett, Seattle, and Renton.
• Must hold U.S. persons status under Boeing policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Conduent’s first point of contact for students participating in electronic testing sessions.
• Adapt to client requirements and respond to requests for assistance.
• Maintain assigned testing-area schedules, equipment, communications, and awareness of risks or constraints.
• Check in participants and enforce testing-environment compliance guidelines.
• Replenish classroom supplies and conduct prerequisite, pre-work, and post-session room checks and cleanup.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Delivery Services Manager, or more frequently when necessary.
• Escalate issues to the Delivery Services Manager in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date on content requirements in agreed subject-matter areas.
• Assist instructors in classes, including distributing papers, helping students with computers, and supporting lab safety.
