We support mission-critical commercial and government aerospace programs across North America through four U.S. Centers of Excellence, utilizing over 150 CNC machines and employing more than 250 professionals. Requirements

  • Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced CNC machine setup and machining operations on precision aerospace components using multi-axis equipment.
  • Develop and execute CMM inspection programs to support precision aerospace manufacturing and quality verification.
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection and measurement equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide entry-level engineering support focused on process improvement, manufacturing support, documentation, and quality initiatives.
  • Assemble precision aerospace components and hardware following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Support quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Inspect aerospace components using precision measuring tools, blueprint interpretation, and GD&T standards.
  • Operate laser marking equipment and part identification processes to support aerospace manufacturing traceability and quality requirements.
  • Support saw department operations while training in manufacturing processes and developing skills for long-term career growth in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Set up and operate CNC grinding equipment to manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and quality standards.
