About The Position

Specialty Hose Corp. has been a premier provider of Metal and Teflon hose assemblies since 1977. Our products are used in many demanding applications and industries, from deep-sea decompression chambers to the International Space Station's environmental control systems. Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D, and quality is deeply ingrained in our culture. This role involves providing and tracking quotes to aerospace customers, entering orders, tracking deliveries, and following up with customers on status changes. It also includes onboarding customers, providing necessary information/documentation for vendor setup, answering phones to support sales and customer service, backing up the senior inside sales representative for aerospace, facilitating customer documentation requirements, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing and business development efforts. There is NO cold calling involved.

Responsibilities

Providing and tracking quotes to aerospace customers
Entering orders, tracking deliveries and following up with customers on status changes
Onboarding customers, providing necessary information/documentation to set Specialty Hose up as a vendor
Answering the phone to support sales and customer service
Backing up the senior inside sales representative for aerospace
Facilitating customer documentation requirements
Providing exceptional customer service
Supporting and collaborating on marketing and business development efforts
