Inside Sales
About The Position
We have an opening for Inside Sales at our Winnipeg Plumbing location. This role involves communicating with customers primarily by phone and email, providing timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery. The Inside Sales representative will recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications, process customer transactions such as orders and returns, and educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction. This role also includes communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries, assisting with select returns and warranties, and preparing small to medium size job quotations. Responsibilities also include providing phone and email quotes to customers, sourcing and pricing product as per quote request, and maintaining records of job quotes. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented in a deadline driven environment
- Strong computer skills
