About The Position

We are seeking experienced Industrial Skills Assessors to support aerospace manufacturing training and evaluation programs in the Everett, WA area. This role is part of the Instructor Resource Management team and focuses on conducting hands-on and theoretical assessments of aerospace industry courseware for production employees. This position is ideal for candidates with aerospace manufacturing experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to evaluate practical skills across multiple production disciplines. Candidates must be flexible to support 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift operations across locations ranging from Everett to Puyallup.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of training, leadership, management, or assessment experience preferred
  • Prior aerospace manufacturing or aircraft production experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and record-keeping accuracy
  • Comfortable working in industrial production environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed
  • Ability to travel within the geographic area from Everett to Puyallup
  • Must hold U.S. Person status per client policy

Responsibilities

  • Administer complex hands-on and theoretical industrial skills evaluations
  • Assess aerospace manufacturing competencies and production standards
  • Evaluate technical proficiency across multiple aircraft assembly functions
  • Maintain accurate grading, attendance tracking, and documentation with 100% accuracy
  • Communicate updates, issues, and assessment results to management in a timely manner
  • Support multiple clients and trainees simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe industrial workspace
  • Stay current with aerospace compliance requirements and training standards
  • Deliver high levels of professionalism and customer service throughout the evaluation process
