About The Position

LightTable is addressing the significant issue of construction waste caused by design mistakes in architectural plans, which amounts to over $350B annually. The company utilizes LLMs and computer vision to identify these errors before construction begins. LightTable's software has demonstrated superior speed and accuracy compared to traditional QA/QC processes in backtesting with major real estate developers, leading to its adoption on large new construction projects. The company recently secured a $6M Seed round from Primary Ventures and Innovation Endeavors, and is experiencing strong demand while developing advanced AI for architectural review. LightTable is a small, fast-paced team based in Denver.
