CASA of Adams and Broomfield Counties is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for children and youth involved in the child welfare system so every child can be safe, have a permanent home, and the opportunity to thrive. We recruit, train, and support community volunteers to serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or are court involved or at risk due to truancy. In Adams and Broomfield Counties, more than 400 children benefit from the life-changing advocacy of a CASA Volunteer each year. CASA Volunteers provide a critical voice for these children in court, advocating for their best interests. Our CASA Volunteers come from all walks of life and have a shared commitment towards improving children’s future outcomes. We are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and seek team members who bring diverse perspectives and lived experiences to this work and who are representative of the population we serve. The Advocate Supervisor manages and supports a caseload of CASA volunteers as they advocate for children in complex and often high-stakes situations. This role focuses on coaching, guidance, and accountability to ensure volunteers provide consistent, high-quality advocacy aligned with CASA standards. This position does not provide direct services to children or families. Instead, it supports volunteers in navigating challenging cases, making sound decisions, and representing the best interests of children. The work includes regular exposure to emotionally difficult situations. Successful candidates bring professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to support others through complex and sensitive case dynamics.
