About The Position

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to legal advocacy, both oral and written, and to provide an opportunity to practice these skills in a range of settings. These skills will be beneficial in future careers and personal lives, even for those not pursuing litigation. The University reserves the right to assign the instructor of its choice.

Requirements

  • A first degree in law (at a minimum).
  • Several years of significant practice or professional experience in the relevant area.
  • Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce students to legal advocacy, both oral and written.
  • Provide opportunities for students to practice legal advocacy skills in various settings.
