The Advocacy Manager leads the advocacy program across all STAR branches. The primary duties of this position include supervising advocates and interns, providing individual advocacy to survivors of sexual trauma, conducting outreach to enhance visibility, program development, and assisting with program reports. This is a full-time, exempt position requiring 40 hours per week and reports to the Director of Survivor Services. The role supervises Resource Advocates and Advocacy Interns and is based in New Orleans.
