About The Position

Weaver is seeking an Advisory Administrative Assistant III. This person provides administrative support to the Advisory Partners and internal teams. They are responsible for general administrative duties. These include preparing reports, typing correspondence, and maintaining electronic binder/filing system and related spreadsheets. This may include interacting/corresponding with clients via telephone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will be professional and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is a team player, professional, organized, and has high level of attention to detail. This position can be virtual or 100% in-office if in Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio with expected work hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and overtime required during busy seasons for the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 5 + years of corporate level administrative experience
  • Punctual and dependable

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread

  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
