Brighton Jones is seeking an Advisor to join their purpose-driven, client-focused team. The Advisor will manage the day-to-day responsibilities, priorities, and workload of their client service teams, providing analytical, operational, and administrative support for client acquisition, implementation, and retention. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for clients, reviewing portfolios, preparing client meeting deliverables, analyzing financial data, and strategizing around trades and rebalances. Advisors are expected to drive client meetings, leverage internal and external resources for client objectives, seek leadership roles, and mentor team members. They will also maintain the Wealth Management Scorecard (WMS), craft client meeting agendas, and collaborate with Lead Advisors on client strategies. The role requires ensuring timely and accurate execution of client implementation plans and presenting ideas effectively in client meetings. Additionally, Advisors will partner with Associate Advisors to manage intra-day requests like trades and wire transfers.
