About The Position

We are looking for an Advisor, Pressure Operations to lead the development of future business needs and support maintenance practices for the safe and reliable operation of Heat, Steam, and Air Systems across multiple high‑pressure plants. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and technically skilled professional to grow their expertise within a world‑class organization, working as part of a collaborative team in a site‑based role in Labrador City, NL. Requirements

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Hold a valid 1st or 2nd Class Power Engineer Certificate of Competency
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude
  • Show a willingness to learn new processes and adapt to evolving infrastructures and operational strategies
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project development and management is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical expertise to support plant operations
  • Identify, develop, and drive opportunities to improve plant processes
  • Support the Chief Plant Engineer in all legislative requirements and assume related responsibilities when required
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to support processing operations and production objectives
  • Lead field interactions and promote a strong safety‑first work culture
