About The Position

As a Pressure Washer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various areas throughout the property. Your primary responsibility will be to operate pressure washer machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned. You will work with a team to keep the property in pristine condition, and your attention to detail and dedication to quality work will contribute to a positive experience for residents and guests.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions near loud, moving machine.
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces, including sidewalks, stairs, grills, pools, and other assigned areas.
Spray sidewalks, stairs, grills, pools, or other surfaces with the appropriate sprayer nozzle or immerse objects in washing and rinsing solutions to remove debris.
Dislodge debris from objects using appropriate tools and techniques.
Measure and pour specified quantities of soap or cleaning chemicals into water or other cleaning solutions to achieve optimal results.
Clean sidewalks, curbs, roads, and buildings to maintain a clean and attractive environment.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are kept in good repair and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Assist in the training of fellow employees, sharing your expertise and knowledge to improve their performance and efficiency in their respective areas.
Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities and follow guidelines to achieve the desired cleaning results.
Take on other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
