Exterior Cleaning Technician (Pressure Washing + Gutter Cleaning) Southern Outdoor Restoration – Raleigh, NC This role requires reliability, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions in English. Candidates should communicate proactively, take pride in their work, be willing to learn, and be comfortable working outdoors. The position is physically demanding. A valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation to the North Raleigh warehouse are required. Construction or exterior work experience is preferred. This is a drug-free workplace. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 7:30 AM start (clock in between 7:15 AM and 7:30 AM). Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled and maintain strong punctuality. Technicians operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses and must follow OSHA and company safety requirements at all times. The role involves lifting or pulling up to 75 lbs, holding equipment overhead for extended periods, and working at heights within fall-protection limits. Applicants must meet size and weight requirements for safety equipment (generally 150–270 lbs, with some exceptions; applicants near these limits may request details).
