About The Position

Grab a wand, lose the desk-help us create a bright environment for Charleston County students! This position is SEASONAL for the Summer. Great for college students! As a Pressure Washer & Window Cleaner, you are the first line of defense in maintaining the beauty of our local schools. Your day as an Exterior Maintenance Specialist will involve: Using professional-grade equipment as a Surface Cleaner to remove dirt and grime from walkways and buildings. Cleaning windows to a streak-free shine using safety-approved methods. Ensuring all equipment is maintained and school grounds are left in pristine condition. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift 50lbs
Comfortable with ladders/heights
Experience in pressure washing or window cleaning is a requirement. Candidates with no previous pressure washing experience will not be considered.
A strong work ethic and a "Friendly Neighbor" attitude.
The ability to work independently while representing The Budd Group professionally.
