This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality learning solutions that enable safe, reliable, and productive work—moving beyond training delivery to measurable performance outcomes. Working closely with operations, subject matter experts, and learning peers, you will translate real operational needs into clear, practical, and engaging learning products. You will ensure learning materials are fit‑for‑purpose, aligned to standards, and embedded into how work is performed on site.
