The Employee Communications Advisor will lead the development and execution of strategic employee communications initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify creative, effective ways to keep Canadian Tire Corporation’s (CTC) employees informed and engaged. Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications, you’ll work closely with business partners, project teams, and senior leaders to design, deliver, and measure communications strategies that advance business priorities and provide guidance on best practices.
