The Advisor, Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) is an HQ-based technical role within Project HOPE's Technical Unit, reporting to the Senior Advisor, Infectious Diseases. The Advisor provides technical leadership on the design, implementation, monitoring, quality assurance and scale up of efficient and effective integrated health service delivery models at the health facility and community levels. The position will initially focus on the integration of HIV and maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) services with specific focus on triple elimination of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B, including high-quality prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT) and compressive pediatric and adolescent HIV prevention, care and treatment services-. Building on this initial portfolio, the Advisor will support the progressive expansion of Project HOPE’s integrated service-delivery approach to additional priority health services and primary health care platforms, based on country needs, organizational strategy, emerging evidence, and funding opportunities. The Advisor will initially support current and emerging donor-funded activities in Ethiopia, Malawi, Namibia and Ghana. Working closely with the Senior Advisor, Infectious Disease; Senior Advisor, RMNCH; monitoring, evaluation, and learning colleagues; and country teams, the Advisor will ensure that integrated service delivery models are evidence-informed, person-centered, operationally feasible, and aligned to national health strategies and donor priorities.
