The team is committed to injury prevention and supporting a safe, healthy, and profitable industry in Saskatchewan. The Advisor role is ideal for a self-motivated, organized individual passionate about promoting safety, building relationships, and helping organizations strengthen their safety culture. This position requires hands-on safety experience or formal OHS training, professionalism, comfort with technology, and confidence in both field and office environments. The successful candidate will bring a positive, solutions-focused approach, handle challenging situations with confidence and respect, and be able to work independently while contributing to a strong team culture. Advisors work directly with member companies and customers to promote safety education, support the adoption of SCSA programs and services, build effective relationships, conduct health and safety management system audits, and deliver professional, high-quality safety education, service, and guidance tailored to member needs.
