Cerity Partners is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven professional to join the Cerity Partner’s Growth Office Team as an Advisor Growth & Lead Conversion Manager. In this mid-level role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our advisor population and the broader organization — championing advisor success, elevating performance standards, and ensuring the ongoing evolution of the metrics and frameworks that define excellence within our platform. The ideal candidate brings deep fluency in the wealth management industry — across RIA, wirehouse and hybrid advisory models, as well as B2B2C programs serving corporate clients — and excels at building trust-based relationships with advisors at all levels. You will be equally comfortable analyzing performance data and delivering candid, constructive feedback with empathy and professionalism.
