About The Position

Pallet is seeking a strategic Growth Lead to take ownership of pipeline goals across various channels, with a strong emphasis on paid media, out-of-home, field marketing, and email marketing. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to establish a repeatable and compounding pipeline engine. The Growth Lead will be responsible for building the growth engine itself, including tracking, attribution, experiment systems, and scalable channels. This is a high-ownership, full-stack position where the impact of work done in a quarter will be directly reflected in the pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a growth, demand generation, or performance marketing function with a track record of owning outcomes (pipeline/revenue).
  • Hands-on experience running paid media across search, social, and/or programmatic with budget ownership.
  • Experience with field/event marketing and/or out-of-home campaigns and the discipline to measure them against pipeline.
  • Experience building email and lifecycle marketing programs that convert.
  • Comfort with GTM and marketing execution tooling such as HubSpot, Clay, Unify, and marketing analytics/attribution platforms.
  • A bias for action and genuine urgency, with the ability to ship scrappy versions to learn fast.
  • Highly creative and outcome-driven, unafraid of failure.
  • Comfortable operating at high intensity (50–60 hour weeks) in a fast-moving, in-office environment.
  • Bonus: programming/technical ability to build own tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline targets and build end-to-end tracking and attribution to prove impact.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic, managing budget and agency relationships to achieve efficient CAC and pipeline contribution.
  • Design and measure out-of-home campaigns (billboards, transit, event-adjacent placements) with a clear line back to pipeline.
  • Own field and event strategy, including industry conferences, dinners, and roadshows, to generate net-new pipeline and accelerate existing deals.
  • Design nurture and lifecycle programs to convert new demand and re-engage the existing customer base.
  • Design, execute, and analyze a high volume of growth experiments from hypothesis to conclusion with speed and rigor.
  • Operationalize successful experiments into repeatable, automated, and durable engines that produce predictable pipeline.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and operations to lead critical growth projects.
  • Tackle open-ended distribution challenges, including expanding total addressable market and exploring new acquisition models.
